1. Acceptance of these terms
These terms govern your use of the Leylines website, account services, and connectivity services operated by Cybermoon LLC. Use of the Leylines plugin itself is additionally governed by the End User License Agreement. [PLACEHOLDER — formation, capacity, and agent-of-entity clauses to be completed by counsel.]
2. The service
Leylines is an asynchronous audio-collaboration plugin with supporting online services: license activation, session pairing, optional relay connectivity, and an optional paid cloud-sync tier. Services are described as offered at the time of purchase and may evolve.
3. Accounts
Using Leylines peer-to-peer requires no account. An email address is required to receive a purchased license and to access the account dashboard (magic-link sign-in). You are responsible for the security of your email account.
4. Purchases, trials & refunds
Plugin licenses are one-time perpetual purchases; the Cloud tier is a recurring subscription. A 14-day full trial is available. Refunds are handled per the Refund Policy (14 days). Payments are processed by Stripe. [PLACEHOLDER — taxes, merchant-of-record designation, and price-change terms pending operator decision.]
5. Acceptable use
- No reverse engineering of the services or license mechanism.
- No abuse of relay or cloud infrastructure (rate limits apply).
- No use of sessions to distribute content you have no right to share.
- [PLACEHOLDER — full acceptable-use list to be completed.]
6. Your content
You keep all rights to audio you create and share through Leylines. You grant us only the limited rights needed to operate the services you use — for example, storing cloud chunks while you are subscribed to the Cloud tier. [PLACEHOLDER — precise license scope wording by counsel.]
7. Intellectual property
Leylines, the Cybermoon mark, and the services are owned by Cybermoon LLC. All rights reserved. Third-party open-source components are credited in the product and on this site.
8. Termination
You may stop using the services at any time. We may suspend or terminate service access for material breach of these terms. Termination of services does not by itself revoke a validly purchased perpetual plugin license (see the EULA). [PLACEHOLDER — survival clauses.]
9. Disclaimers
The services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". [PLACEHOLDER — full warranty disclaimer by counsel.]
10. Limitation of liability
[PLACEHOLDER — liability cap and exclusion of consequential damages to be completed by counsel, consistent with the EULA.]
11. Governing law & disputes
[PLACEHOLDER — governing law, venue, and dispute resolution.]
12. Changes to these terms
We will post changes here and update the "Last updated" date; material changes will be notified by email where required.
