1. 14-day refund window
If Leylines isn't working out, you can request a full refund of a plugin license purchase within 14 days of the purchase date — no questionnaire required. The 14-day full trial exists so you can check compatibility with your DAW and your collaborators before buying.
The refund clock starts on your purchase date, not the start of your trial — buying during or after the trial always gives you the full 14-day window.
2. How to request a refund

3. What happens to your license
On refund, the license and its activations are revoked. The plugin continues to work in free receiver mode.
4. Cloud subscriptions
