The plugin is VST3 and CLAP on Windows and Linux today; AU and macOS are coming soon. The Free Receiver is the same binary running receive-only, so your collaborators never have to buy anything to work with you. Leylines Cloud is an optional add-on and is not live yet; connection is always free without it.
